The REM-Fit Sleep Monitor App shows you all of your sleep data from the REM-Fit Sleep Monitor device (required). This app will show you detailed analysis of your heart rate, respiratory rate and sleep motion. You will even get a score based on the quality of your sleep.
The app will also offer sleep tips and recommendations based on the results from your sleep analysis.
